Strike, Gobble, and Roll Bowl - Tournament Format

Date: November 19th, 2023

Location: Leisure Lanes, Lancaster, PA

Start Time: 10:30 AM - check in opens 9:30 AM

Entry Fee: $75 per participant

Rules: Follows USBC (United States Bowling Congress) rules

Prize Structure: 1 in 4 cash ratio

Tournament Format:

1. Qualifying Round (4 Games): The tournament begins with a 4-game qualifying round. Participants will bowl 4 games across 8 lanes on a challenging sport shot oil pattern to determine their overall scores. The scores will be calculated based on standard USBC rules.
2. Top 4 Make Step Ladder Finals: After the qualifying round, the top 4 bowlers with the highest total scores will advance to the Step Ladder Finals. In case of ties for the fourth position, a tiebreaker will be conducted of a one ball roll off.
3. Step Ladder Finals: The Step Ladder Finals will be conducted in a traditional format, with the 4th seed bowling against the 3rd seed, and the winner facing the 2nd seed, and finally, the winner of that match will bowl against the top seed. The winner of the final match will be crowned the tournament champion.
4. Side Pots: Participants have the option to participate in side pots for additional excitement. Side pots available include:

• $5 Brackets: Participants can enter $5 brackets for a chance to win additional prizes within specific games or series.
• $10 High Game: There is a $10 side pot for the highest single-game score of the tournament.
