Sponsored by Brunswick & Hammer: anyone who preregisters for event will be able to buy any current Hammer or Brunswick bowling ball for $105 which includes shipping.

Bowlers will bowl 4 games across 8 lanes for qualifying. This will be a scratch tournament where the top 4 total pinfall leaders will bowl a step ladder final to determine the champion. This will be bowled on a sport shot and the oil pattern will be announced the Sunday prior to the event.

Here's what you need to know:

Date: September 3rd

Time: Registration opens at 9:30am, bowling starts promptly at 10:30am.

Format: This is a 4-game scratch tournament, meaning no handicap will be given. After each game you will move a pair to the right to start the next game. The top 4 bowlers with the highest pinfall will advance to the step ladder finals. The 4 seed will bowl the 3 seed in a single game elimination match where the winner will then bowl the 2 seed. The winner of that game will go on to face the 1 seed in the championship match. In the event of a tie a one ball roll off takes place.

Entry Fee: $60 - There will be additional side pots available which include $5 brackets (games 2,3,4), $10 High game pot, and a $10 high 3 game series (the total of your highest 3 qualifying games is used to calculate your 3 game series). Cash Ratio: 1:6 will cash in the tournament. Total payout amounts are based on the total number of entries into the tournament. Both tournament winnings and the side pots will be paid out directly following the tournament.

Rules:

• The tournament is open to all bowlers who meet the USBC eligibility requirements.

• Non USBC members may bowl by paying the $5 Participation fee.

• Any USBC rules violations will result in disqualification from the tournament.

• The tournament director reserves the right to make changes to the rules as necessary.

• All decisions made by the tournament director are final.
